A condition of a membership is that I am licensed or certified by the appropriate New Jersey state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property and have paid Affiliate dues to a REALTOR board of my choice.

Level Two:

Access to All Listings and Tax Data

I agree a $500 initiation fee, $30 monthly office dues, and a $222 annual membership fee
